After several weeks, we revisited our field to harvest the grown white radishes. The entire land looks so different from what we left off. Most of our corps are nearly fully grown, but this time we’re here for the radishes. On the surface, the stem and leaves of radishes had become tall and lush; we can even see the top of the radish poking out of soil. It’s time for us to pick out all the radish. We hold on to the connecting point of stem of radish's roots. Then, we pull the whole radish out. Surprisingly, the ones with lush leaves and thick stem sometimes have the smallest radish, while the ones with less leaves may have the largest root of all. Overall, it felt so soothing to pull out the radish, and we really enjoyed the results of our hard work.

After harvesting all the radishes, we cut off the stem from the radishes and separated them into different piles. Then, we used the water from the irrigation system to wash away all the dirt from both the leaves and the radish part, putting all crops into a basket. Finally, we headed back to the shelter to process the crop.
