When Earth's Children were harvesting Chrysanthemum Greens, I was really excited. One of my favorite veggies is the chrysanthemum green. My mom always put them in soup, and they taste super good. During the cold winter time, Taiwanese often will eat hot pot. Chrysanthemum Greens are one of the popular ingredients. They can also be made into salad with lettuce and delicious sauce.
At first, I didn't realize that we were going to harvest Chrysanthemum Greens. I thought we were going to harvest cabbages. Copmaring to cabbages, Chrysanthemum Greens were really tiny. We tried find all of them under the cabbages' leaves. Our Chrysanthemum Greens looked really healthy. While harvesting, I learned to be very gentle to the crops.
