We couldn’t wait to share our wonderful experience in Hudi community with other fellow students, so we decided to share with them during the assembly. Our topic for the assembly is about food education. As the Earth’s children, it’s our mission to share with them about the food we eat and their origin.
This is our first time to do a presentation in front of 300 people. Although we felt nervous during the rehearsal, we no longer felt nervous when we were on the stage because of their enthusiasm to welcome us. They paid close attention and actively listen as we presented. we wanted to share the great concept of grass hope Taiwan foundation and the unforgettable memories we’ve in Hudi community. The main theme is about learning the origin of our food. Hence, we promoted organic and natural farming methods in order to improve our environment and our own health.
After the presentation, we know that our efforts are totally worth it, because what we’ve done wasn’t just sharing. We’ve changed their original thought about “organic farming” and allowed them to learn more in-depth about the significance of it. At the end of the presentation, all students performed the “OK” gesture; it symbolizes the Hudi community’s landscape and that Grass Hope Taiwan foundation can lead us to a preserved and united future.
