our second visit to Kitchen lab
The day before first day of school, we went to Kitchen Lab for eating the lunch meal prepared with healthy ingredients. Kitchen Lab plays a role in the local community as the connector between farmers and consumers. Their partners include MOA and other various farming group, they are working diligently on turning organic and healthy ingredients into real meal.

The lunch they provided was a set meal, which has pork as the main dish coupled with side dishes of fresh vegetables; serving along with soft steam eggs and delicate cabbage rolls, as well as light miso soup with seaweed and salty pickles. The taste of Japanese firewood fish mixed with fresh vegetables turned out to be mouthwatering, and the miso soup was the perfect ending for this meal. In The Kitchen Lab, we have indeed witnessed the unlimited opportunities with organic ingredients.
