There are two floors in the museum; visitors can learn about the history of Chinese martial arts as well as the various different weapons and schools on the first floor, while on the basement floor visitors have access to the 3D theater as well as simulation games in the interactive and digital media area.

2.The Chinese Academy of Chang Chuan & Hong Chuan
Ching-he Chen, The founder of the Chinese Academy of Chang Quan & Hung Ga, was interested in martial arts ever since he was little, learning multiple styles of martial arts such as Taizu Changquan, Zong He Quan (lit. Lateral Crane Fist), and Hung Ga.
The school of martial arts Ching-he Chen endorses is a combination of northern Shaolin Chang Quan and Hung Ga; Chang Quan is known for its wide, powerful movements that are graceful and free-flowing at the same time, while Hung Ga is known for flexible movements and stances that can be powerful or gentle depending on the type of routine executed. In 1994, Chen established the Chinese Academy of Chang Chuan (an alternate romanization of Chang Quan) and Hong Chuan (an alternate romanization of Hung Ga)  in Xindian City. Currently the organization owns 5 martial arts halls and 11 training facilities in Taiwan.

3.Chinese Martial Arts Bookstore
Driven by his interest in martial arts, Kang-yi Liu started out by founding Yi Wen Books, a publishing company, to train his body and to re-establish a friendly environment for the publication of martial arts-related books. Recognizing the difference between actual martial arts and the stunts shown in movies, he later established the Chinese Martial Arts Bookstore out of his passion for the form of art. All sorts of martial arts-related books and magazines are available in the bookstore; from Taichi and the Eight Trigrams to health advice and Qigong, Liu's Martial Arts Bookstore has it all. Other than selling books, the bookstore also organizes seminars and conferences on martial arts; but what's really special about this bookstore is that it offers consulting services to martial arts learners. To match the progression of current times, Liu and his partner also established the Online Martial Arts Database, which gathers many books and data that are highly sought-after or out-of-production and makes them available on the internet. The current goal of the Martial Arts Bookstore remains to promote the studying of martial arts in its true, most natural form; often times people's understanding of martial arts come from the media or movies, and in cinematic form martial arts is usually greatly exaggerated for dramatic effect, losing its true meaning.
